Today, March 20th, is the first day of spring (yay!) but more importantly, it’s the day my first born son Jack “sprung” (yes I did) into our lives!! This little boy was the baby my hubby and I had prayed and prayed for for over two years of wanting a child and going through many heartaches, let downs, and fertility treatments. Fortunately God has his own perfect timing and finally blessed me with the sweetest little baby boy who made me a mama 6 years ago today. I could go on and on about this little guy and how he has enriched my life so far as well as the people around him, but I won’t bore you with sappy mom stuff!! I’m off to finish prepping for his party before this afternoon (blog post of his “baseball” themed party thanks to Pinterest to come) so I’m keeping this post short and sweet.
We couldn’t ask for a more beautiful first day of spring here in Georgia – it’s going to be sunny and 84- perfect day for a party!!! Are you excited about the official first day of spring??
