Sometimes even a nail polish color can influence my makeup look for the day. So my recent MAC purchase from their “Glamour Daze” collection got me into the winter green spirit…
I used a mint green color from my E.l.f. palette (here) and applied it just from the lash line right up to the crease. I also put a dab of it in the inner corners and outer corners of my eyes for a bit of sparkle! Then I grounded it and added dimension by adding a brown shadow right in the crease, along with a Physicians Formula Eye Booster in brown liquid liner right on top. Blush is “melon” by Sonia Kashuk and lips are a combo of L’Oreal Infallible gloss in “sangria” with Too Faced Glamour Gloss in “barely legal” in the center.
Even though I think this color scheme would look way better on more tan skin, I think I pulled it off by adding plenty of blush and a neutral lip color.
