Girly blush pink and edgy leather.
Together they make for the perfect opposites attract combo.
I just found the sweetest blush dot tank top with neck tie for under $10, yes really. So I decided to wear it during NYFW and paired it with an asymetrical faux leather skirt and Adidas. I was sick of wearing heels that hurt my feet while running around the city, so I went for comfort. And what do you know, I felt awesome and cool/hip all at the same time! (Did I mention how HOT it was in New York the entire time we were there?? I was sad I couldn’t get away from the Georgia heat I had just left!)
This skirt is going to get a lot of wear in the coming fall months as well, and I can’t WAIT to pair it with a big chunky sweater and boots! I can’t believe this is my very first black leather skirt…EVER!!!
Blush Pink Makeup.
I also picked up one of the newest “Perfect Me, Perfect Hue” cheek and eye palettes, $39, from Stila Cosmetics while I was jumping around NYC to a few PR visits and the lovely folks at Bollare hooked me up. Stila offers 4 different palette shades from light to dark, and I just had to try this blush pinks one with a hint of burgundy and rose golds to it! I created a stunning eye where I used all of the eyeshadow shades, the burgundy color I used wet as my eyeliner, and even both of the blushes layered on top of each other on my cheeks!
Now that’s a good palette when you can easily wear every single color.
You can get my look from Forever 21 who always pulls off awesomely inexpensive and trendy clothes. I also included my iridescent Adidas that I scored from the kids/tween section and bought a size 5. (I’m a 7 in womens just for reference) I think from now on I’m going to start pairing more things in my closet with my rad new tennis shoes!
