Model In A Bottle Eyebrow Sealer // Shadow palette & blush (literally one of my fave all in one palettes!) : LORAC Pro To Go // Brow pencil : NYX Micro Brow (colors I used – chocolate and ash brown) // Lips : Nars “Chealsea Girls” (fantastic neutral gloss shade!)
Finally. I have found THE very best product for keeping my unruly eyebrows in place.
If you have noticed, during the past couple of years almost everyone has been practicing a “let them grow” approach to their brows and letting their arches get bigger and fuller. However, fuller, does not mean unruly and all over the place. As I get older, I find that my brow hairs have a mind of their own and tend to go every which of way once I rise from my pillow. For real. They’re a hot mess.
I plucked mine to death back in high school and now I’m paying for it by spending more time filling in my brows than I do trying to get my three kids to brush their teeth! (if you don’t have kids – that act takes a verrrry long time)
So after I have spent multiple minutes of my life coloring in my brow hairs to perfection with two different shades of pencil, goodness knows I want all of that hard work to stay and not fade throughout the day. And in the past, fading away is exactly what has happened.
Until Model In A Bottle Long Lasting Eyebrow Sealer came along…

I have tested nearly every brow product on the market to try and keep my eyebrows in place during the day. And have finally found the best formula for any naked brows or all drawn in brows. Seriously, the wildest brows will stay in any shape you choose with this stuff.
I first found out about this product at the Makeup Show I attended in NYC last year (post on it here) when stopping by the Model In A Bottle booth. One of the ladies sold me on it after only a few minutes when she boldy and confidently told me, “This stuff WORKS and your brow products and hairs will NOT budge after you apply it.”
Soooo I bought it. Afterwards having a little remorse due to it’s basic and not so cute packaging. There’s no way this stuff is going to work for my wirey long dark brown hairs.
Yes, I was judging a book by its cover. And I was wrong to.
This tiny little bottle of magical brow potion works like a charm. It comes with two applicators, a brush and a spooly – I prefer the spooly to really get in there with those brows when applying. It’s a very thin and viscose liquid (very water like) which makes you think there’s NO WAY this is going to work to keep my eyebrow hairs in place.
#1 tip when using for the first time : You only need a LITTLE of this product. The phrase “a little goes a long way” definitely applies to this eyebrow sealer.
I shake off the spooly once I remove from the bottle then sweep it through my eyebrows after I have applied my colored brow pencils, pomades, powders, etc. Mind you, once you’ve applied this eyebrow sealer, and let it sit for over a minute, there’s no going back. Those hairs are locked and loaded.
I have worn this brow product through gym workouts, sweating at the pool, and just 10 hours of life in general in the Georgia heat. And my brows look as good as they did when I woke up and drew them on.
It does make them really stiff just FYI, they won’t look it, but will feel it. If you are wanting a product with a softer natural feel for your brows with a little less hold, then try the Maybelline Sculpting Brow Mascara.
