I love to find out what the next big thing is for each season when it comes to my wardrobe.
Typically when it comes to fall and winter, there are wardrobe staples you constantly hear you need – denim, a leather jacket, plaid shirt, cute booties, etc etc. All of the obvious choices.
But this fall after scouring the Pinterest boards and blogs, I came across a piece that I did NOT already have in my closet but knew I needed. Now that I own one, I am OHB-sessed…the SLEEVELESS DUSTER!!
It’s timeless, perfect for transitioning between seasons, and can be worn again and again. The reason I love it, is because it has great diversity. It can be worn in the blazing Georgia heat (which it already has) with a sleeveless top and a skirt. See above example of me in a dressier version wearing mini skirt and heels when I wore it in New York for Fashion Week.
But it can also transition easily into cooler temps and on into winter months with longer sleeves underneath and jeans for a more casual vibe. It has a sophisticated air about it and adds immediate interest to any outfit.
