Sephora is smart to hit me with their Beauty Insider Sale right before the holidays get into full swing!
I’m already in the mood for pretty new things to wear to all of my holiday parties AND to add to my kit for upcoming clients who are also attending festive events! New makeup is always at the top of my list before even clothes or shoes!!
Not sure about you ladies, but whenever Sephora is having a sale, I’ll be the first online!! I rarely make it into an actual store these days, which is okay because I actually love reading every single review of each product I’m thinking of buying before I actually click “add to cart!”
Now I do know that beauty products can really add up. Especially if you’re not walking down the drugstore aisles for your makeup.

I’m going to break down each area that I’d stock up on from the sale to give you some inspiration of what to look for. But first, here are my 5 beauty staples I can’t live without from my fave beauty retailer…

It Cosmetics CC cream with SPF 50 : I’ve been wearing this color correcting cream for YEARS and it’s truly one of the best skin cream products on the market IMO. It is a miracle worker for evening out skin tone and contains yummy anti-aging ingredients like Hyaluronic Acid + Collagen that are known for plumping the skin! I wear shade Medium in the summer but am transitioning to color light medium this winter. $39.00
Isle of Paradise Tanning Drops : Speaking of skin color changing, I don’t like to totally let my tan go in the winter. So I rely on these self tanning drops that I can easily add to my everyday moisturizer (no matter what kind I choose to wear that day!) to keep a warm but natural looking glow! I use the shade medium all year round – you just have to learn to adjust how many drops to use depending on how tan you want your face to look. I use 1 big drop and it gives me enough color. $29.00
Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Skin Peel Pads : If you want the smoothest skin EVER, try these pads. You use two separate pre-soaked pads and I do this at night after washing my face. You’ll be amazed with how the surface of your skin feels after you’ve used them! They aren’t cheap ($80+) but luckily if you don’t want that commitment, they come in a mini pack of 5 you can try for only $17 here.
Sephora Cream Lip Liquid Lip Stain : Yes, the Sephora brand has it going ON with this lip formula!! Which usually I’m kinda snobby when it comes to private labeling makeup, but these are legit. It’s got great staying power, not sticky or drying, and comes in a bazillion colors to choose from! It’s easy on the wallet too 🙂 $14.00
Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminzer: You have certainly seen me talk about these on my Instagram stories or mentioned on the blog many times. But this is one of those glosses that you can slide into no matter what you’re wearing that day and your lips will look and feel just delightful!! Rihanna has now created 3 basic shades – Fussy (shimmering pink), Diamond Glow (sheer icing white), and Fenty Glow (shimmering nude I’ve bought twice!). $18.00
Superb Skincare
Drunk Elephant C-Firma Vitamin C Day Serum. This serum has won all kind of awards like Allure’s Best of Beauty and we know Vitamin C is key in firming and brightening skin. I always layer a serum under my skin at night before my moisturizer – always!! $80.00
Olek Henrickson Banana Bright Eye Cream. I get asked all the time about “what is my favorite eye cream?” and I always say this one. It was inspired by the makeup artist must-have—”banana powder” (which is a yellow based loose powder) – and this subtly sunny cream contains special pigments to help brighten the eye area. $38.00
Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant Exfoliant. I’ve used this rice based powder for FOREVER and I keep it in my shower to use daily. It gives immediate smooth skin once you add water to the powder and scrub your face. It’s got tea tree, oatmeal, and salicylic acid – power combination! $59.00
FAB Ultra Repair Intensive Lip Balm. I’m lip balm obsessed. Literally don’t go to bed without slathering my lips in one. I love the First Aid Beauty brand and this balm is like a buttery hydrating goodness that lasts forever. $20.00

Dior Backstage Face and Body Glow. You can add this to your skin, foundation, chest, shoulders wherever for a universal luminous glow! With winter coming, my sad pale skin will need all the glow it can get! And the price isn’t horrible for Dior! $38.00
GloPro Microneedling Kit. If you watch the video provided about why you should be microneedling at home – it’ll make you want to add to cart STAT because all of your skincare products will work 200X better if you do this to your skin!! $199.00
Slip Silk Pillowcase. I have a cheap one right now, but this one gets great ratings and so I’d kind of like to try it! Seems like a great Christmas gift someone could give me right?? $85.00
