It’s easy to take your bright summer nail polishes into fall by matching your manis and pedis up with the right darker shades!
Haven’t you seen all of the peep toed booties out right now?? (Some of my favorites linked below at bottom of post from the NSale going on for a few more days with Nordstrom!) We can still get away with open toed shoes and sandals here in Georgia until the end of September really due to the super warm weather. So that means toe nails still deserve some color love. Even when it gets cold, you’ll eventually take your shoes off to warm your tootsies by the fire:)
I love love being adventurous with my nail colors and here are some color combinations to think about for your next mani pedi to get excited about the transitioning to cooler temps. I have all of my fave summer polishes on the left paired with some autumn-like darker shades on the right.
#1. HOT PINK + BROWN – Butter London “Primrose Hill Picnic” + Butter London “Lust or Must”(Insta pic of me in the hot pink here)
#2. GRAPE + NAVY – OPI “Grapely Admired” + NailsInc ” Richmond Park Gardens” (wearing the grape in this video)
#3. POWDER BLUE + DEEP PLUM – Sally Hansen “In Full Blue-M” + Essie “Wicked” (top selling shade for years for Essie!)
#4 . MINT GREEN + METALLIC CHARCOAL – Revlon “Eclectic” + Butter London “Disco Nap” (wearing the green here)
And since I am a mom and have ZERO time or patience to let my nails dry when I do them, I have found my favorite Quick Dry polish in Out The Door. It truly works fast and leaves you with a nice and shiny mani!
So if you want to show off your polished pedicure come fall, shop some of my favorite peep toe booties here….
