Lady Gaga has been killing it lately with her Hollywood glam vibe.
And her look at the 2016 Oscars was just another example of how beautifully her hair + makeup team have been complimenting her new style.
If you happened to catch her on the red carpet, there’s no way you could not have noticed how gorgeous her shimmery rosey-golden makeup look was! It’s simplicity and monochromatic feel, complimented the all white pantsuit she wore.
Lady Gaga’s makeup look was created by makeup artist Sarah Tanno with all Sisley products, which honestly are rather pricey once they are all added up for us non-celebs! So I decided to recreate a more wearable version (just a little less shimmer for us everyday gals!) with a mix of drugstore & department store products…

For the eyes, I used a lighter shade of pencil than I usually do since I wanted a softer brow like Gaga’s. I then created a smokey shimmery eye using shades from the Naked 3 palette. First I used the pale white/pink shade, “Dust,” all over the lid. Then I outlined my crease in a sideways V shape with deep rose pink, “Buzz.” Then I took my bronze brown pencil and traced a cut crease sideways V, along the upper lash line, and along lower lash line, then blended out with a clean brush. I then added a tad of gold, “Trick,” right in the center of the lid to warm it up.
To continue with the warm peachy-pink look of Lady Gaga’s cheeks and lips, I used a cream peach blush to give a soft finish to the skin. And one of my favorite MAC lipsticks in “Crosswires” (only $17) to mimic Gaga’s actual lip color used which was this $57 Sisley Phyto Rouge lipstick in “Petal.” Yikes! An almost $60 lip color, guess that doesn’t phase Mother Monster:)
Overall, this was a beautiful and elegant makeup look that fit this songstress to a T!
