It’s that time of year when it’s ORANGE everything, including ORANGE LIPS!
Orange leaves falling, pumpkin patches, jack o lanterns, and candy corn! And I have to say, that personally I am feeling that orange lips are the new black…or the new red lip!! I love what a punch of color it is for brightening up my face.
Creating this pumpkin orange lip look is super easy :
1. Prep lips by applying your foundation all over your lips while doing your skin. I did so with an egg sponge and this creates a nice clean base.
2. Using a lip brush for a more precise line, (this one with a cover from MAC is my favorite) outline lips with the “So Chaud” shade first then fill in mouth.
3. blot with kleenex
4. repeat one more layer of “So Chaud”
5. clean off lip brush, then apply a small patch of “Morange” in the center of the upper and lower lips for highlighting.
My kids are SO ready for Halloween they can’t even stand it. Lets be honest, me too! We host a big get together at our house for kids and adults and everyone just runs around like crazy eating way too much sugar and getting all dressed up. Isn’t that the best part of Halloween? Becoming something or someone else for the day??
