Today’s PowWow goes out to all of my fellow bloggers…“What do you hope your blog says about YOU?” Because if you’ve started a blog, chances are it’s your voice (or at least it should be!) and you’ve got something to say about your hobby or passion you’re writing about.
I hope that my blog is first and foremost, a happy place to visit. Secondly, I want to take the confusion and intimidation factor out of makeup and its application, and show how much fun it can be. I have a cRazY busy family life with a husband, 3 small children, and a freelance business to run. But despite the insanely wacky schedules and pressures of daily life, I want my blog to project a positive message to other busy women (aren’t we all!) that IT IS possible to still be a good mom, wife, daughter, sister, whatever, without losing your sense of style. If I couldn’t express my personal style through all of the available fun makeup, accessories, clothes, hairstyles, etc, I’d be a mess. Call it materialistic if you want, I call it taking pride in my appearance.
