When I wear black or white clothing, I always feel the need to add a splash color with my makeup or with my accessories. It’s just a weird thing I have.

I don’t normally get this dressed up on the weekend, but I happened to be going to an alumni tea at my old sorority house (Zeta Tau Alpha, and I happen to live in the same town I went to college in!) and this was a great excuse to wear my new blouse from Piperlime!
But then as I was walking out of the door, my husband casually comments, “Wow, you look like a referee.” Leave it to hubbys to bring you back down to earth right?? Ha!!
