The Perfect Brunette

I am getting my hair cut and colored tomorrow- YIPPEE!!  As much as I have loved having my Emma Stone auburn color, it’s time for a switch.  I’ve had this shade for almost a year now, but am ready to get back to my brunette roots for summer time.

While on my search of the “perfect” brunette shade, I’m thinking more of a deep, rich, espresso bean type of brown color is the route I want to go.  Luckily I have my Pinterest account on my side to show my stylist exactly what I am envisioning (I ALWAYS take pictures to the hair salon so there’s no guess work on their part).

I  love every single one of these brunette choices, so I will probably just go with whatever my stylist recommends- she is the hair expert, not me.  I’ll figure out what color makeup to wear with it once she’s got me all dyed up!  In terms of my actual hair cut, I never deviate too much from a long layered look.  I must always be able to put my hair up into a ponytail or I’ll go crazy with short hair against the back of my neck!  Here’s yet another picture perfect cut on Sienna Miller (she’s always got the best layers!)…

And once I get my new dark do, I might would want to experiment with the latest hair jewelry like Vanessa Hudgens did here.  I might not be the most bohemian of chicks (which this accessory screams!), but I would sure try to rock it.  It would be a cool way to jazz up my usual long layered look without having to chop off length or bangs!
