I also had to share some HILARIOUS old school hairstyle pics I received of myself and my mom (my makeup teacher thru the years).
The above picture shows how I wore a bowl cut for the majority of my childhood. My mom liked it, I respectfully disagree now!! But I did love my mother’s perm, I thought she was sooo beautiful and wanted hair just like her. Luckily she never agreed to let me get a perm even through all my begging, and looking back on the damage it could have done to my now healthy hair, I thank her for that. Mom always knows best right?? Check out her great use of olive green shadow and cheek contouring?? Go mom!!
And now onto a picture of me at 8 years old. My mother said she worked super hard on this curled do of mine.
And then check out how this pic amazingly resembles a certain Jennifer Lopez hair do, that was panned and criticized all over the Internet when she wore it!!
