#1 Eyeshadow shade for fall, ROSE GOLD.
If you have not own a rose gold shadow for fall yet, then go out and get one pronto!!
I’m telling you, it is THE MOST flattering metallic shades you could ask for. It’s not too icy and cool like silver, and it’s not too yellowy like gold. It is the perfect in-between that anyone can wear! And it says romantic + feminine like no other shade does.
Check out my recent 60 second Instagram video below to see my favorite drugstore rose gold shade by L’Oreal Infallible in “Amber Rush,” in action. (*hover over photo to press the arrow to play*)
PLUS keeping reading to see a few other pics of my more dramatic eye makeup look with the same shadow to follow the video.
Rose gold shadow : L’Oreal “Amber Rush” // Crease color : MAC “Swiss Chocolate” // Liquid liner : Physicians Formula Eye Booster // Brows : It Cosmetics // Mascara : It Cosmetics // Cheeks : Nars “Orgasm” // Foundation : L’Oreal True Match Lumi “Natural Buff” // Lipstick : MAC “Sandy B”
A sweep of this pretty coppery hue creates an immediate ethereal look.
You can either wear it alone with just mascara, with a light brown liner for day, OR, pump it up and add a red based brown shadow in the crease, a liquid winged liner on top, and layering a bit more under the lower lashes for a bit more glamour.
Believe me that rose gold looks good around everyone’s face.
Not convinced that this hue works for you? Here are a few celebrity examples of how rose gold can be worn everywhere – as your hair color, in your accessories, nail polish, or even a head to toe ball gown!
