I am a big fan of mom-to-be Chrissy Teigen and her makeup looks.
Mrs. John Legend ALWAYS looks flawless and the 2016 Grammy red carpet was no difference. My award for best makeup of the night went to her!! Chrissy’s long time makeup artist Mary Philips hit a home run with her very soft chocolate brown smokey eye that was front and center with her slicked back pony.
Of course there were some other celebs that went super dramatic and some that were more bare, but I chose to share how I recreated her casual chic look because I thought it was something most of us could pull off!
Chrissy Teigen’s makeup look was comprised of 3 major elements (shoppable links of products used below video) :
- Glowing Skin (and getting that glow without being prego!)
- Smoky Chocolate Brown Eyes
- Neutral Glossy Lips
In this “special” Grammy episode of the JennySue Makeup Minute I share some of my favorite products I used to recreate her look with a combo of drugstore and department store makeup. I tried to mimic her right down to the white top, high ponytail, and big (fake) diamond earrings!
